Alimentaria 2008

Alimentaria, le Salon International d’Alimentation et des Boissons, s’apprête à transformer Barcelone en capitale mondiale de l’Agro-alimentaire.

L’événement se tiendra du 10 au 14 de mars 2008 à la Fira Barcelona (Barcelone) et 85% de l’industrie alimentaire espagnole y est attendue. Pour cette nouvelle édition, l’organisation du salon a entrepris de réaménager l’espace d’exposition. Fort de son expansion croissante et pour la première fois depuis que le salon a lieu dans deux halls, les salons Intercarn et Restaurama seront situés à Montjuic alors que le reste des secteurs seront regroupés dans les installations résolument modernes de la Gran Vía. La boutique du Futur d’Innoval, L’Espagne Ibérique et l’espace Tapas & Gastronomie font partie des nouvelles animations du salon.

Du 10 au 14 mars 2008, l’industrie agro-alimentaire et des boissons se réunira dans les 131.200 m2 d’exposition et d’animations proposés par Alimentaria. Plus de 155.000 visiteurs, environ 5.000 exposants et une estimation en chiffre d’affaire de 167 millions d’euros pour la ville de Barcelone, voilà en termes de prévisions les chiffres qui accompagneront la dix-septième édition de ce salon consacré à l’alimentation qui est devenu le plus important en Espagne et l’un des principaux au niveau mondial.
Les salons destinés au secteur de la viande et la chaîne Horeca (hôtel, restaurant, café) seront les phares d’Alimentaria 2008.
