Sagrada Familia

Le Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Familia ou simplement Sagrada Familia, oeuvre non finie d'Antoni Gaudí, est une des attractions touristiques les plus populaires de Barcelone. La construction de cette église continuera au moins jusqu'en 2041, mais c'est déjà devenu l'un des points de repère le plus important de Barcelone.


La façade de la Nativité et la Crypte de la Sagrada Família ont été récemment reconnues comme "Patrimoine de l'humanité" par l' UNESCO. L'église de la Sagrada Família est en construction et par conséquent l'intérieur est ouvert et soumis, de même que l'extérieur, aux rigueurs du temps. Cependant, l'édifice reste en bonnes conditions.


Bien que le Sagrada Familia soit loin d'être achevée, cette église remarquable vaut bien une visite. Vous pouvez visiter la crypte où est enterré Anotni Gaudí. Un musée raconte l'histoire de ce grand architecte et l'histoire de l'église. Vous pouvez aussi visiter les tours. Un ascenseur et une longue promenade vous mèneront au sommet d'une tour d'où vous avez une vue magnifique sur Barcelone. On ne recommande pas la montée pour ceux qui griagnent la hauteur ou pour les personnes claustrophobes!
